Während sich Letzteres mit großer Sicherheit auf einen Darsteller mit Hirschmaske bezieht, gäbe es gleich ein paar Kandidaten für ersteres Lob. Gestern erst entdeckt, dass es »Animalia« (La Règne Animal, 2023) ja schon als Stream gibt und dann gleich genossen. Wie schon bei »Liebe auf den ersten Schlag« (Les Combattants, 2014) glänzt dieser #ThomasCailley-#Film mit unglaublich guten Alltagsdialogen, nur diesmal verbandelt mit mächtig SF-Horror-Fantasy aus Slice of Life Perspektive. Kurzum: Meisterwerk. Traut sich Sachen, hat wirklich gesucht und gefunden. 2 x oder so rumpelt die Kupplung, stört aber kaum.
