Wray is blaming MPD and Capitol Police, but they had requested DC National Guard in advance, due to the same intel the FBI, DHS, USSS and DoD was getting.
The claim that DoD was balking at approving DCNG for #January6 due to #BLM crackdown strains credulity, but #January6Committee swallowed it whole.
