#Georgia #judge won't let Ken #Chesebro & #SidneyPowell #sever their cases. Though he expressed concern about trying all 19 defendants together on Oct. 23 — & the possibility that #FederalCourt could upend it all.
Judge #McAfee re scenario in which the trial goes forward & then federal courts swoop in & remove the case or parts of it. "To charge ahead...might be risky."
