  25. Great talk by Brendan Rodhes (of Pyephem and Skyfield fame) about how Tools, Ecosystem, and importantly, Community, are key to lower the "activation energy” required to tackle problems in programming.

    The talk can be well generalized into other fields, but I think it is particularly apt for computer science.

    Very much worth the watch, and it works well at 2x speed with subtitles.
