Sometimes called "the father of modern linguistics", #Chomsky also a major figure in #AnalyticPhilosophy & one of the founders of the field of cognitive science. He is a #LaureateProfessor of #Linguistics at the #UniversityofArizona & an Institute #ProfessorEmeritus at the #MassachusettsInstituteofTechnology (MIT).
