Will this be the end of #Lastpass? Is anyone still using it? I was actually one of those hardcore fans that paid when they changed the pricing-tiers, but due to it being closed source and me still seeing ads showing that I was tracked, I realised it was them so a switched to #BitWarden. Since then, all #ads are irrelevant to me.

It was through their home computer and a keylogger due to a known remote code execution exploit.

Again, very weird how they knew to target this person and where. These guys were watched.

"As only four LastPass DevOps engineers had access to these decryption keys, the threat actor targeted one of the engineers. Ultimately, the hackers successfully installed a keylogger on the employee's device by exploiting a remote code execution vulnerability in a third-party media software package."

It's crazy how they knew to target these 4 individuals. I would love to know how they figured it out. Both this and the #GoDaddy hacks were very intricate

  4. So, I felt I needed a #coaster for my #desk, but I wanted to stay true to the #hobby!

I printed this on a #creality #CR6SE. 0.4mm nozzle for both pieces with Creality #ABS.

I wanted a red filament that is a bit more of a candy or apple red, and this came out more of a peach color. Currently, I am not sure why because the actual #filament on the roll is more red. So it might be my temperature of 250°C that I am printing at. I will experiment with lower temps to see if the color is affected.

I am able to print ABS easily because I have a 60°C heated #enclosure.

I really love the idea of #Gadot, but I really wish it stuck with pure #Python rather than creating its own scripting language.

  6. When your first color change works out perfectly.

But you fall asleep and don't hear the notification for the second and the printer heater times out.

There was supposed to be white text on the second part. The reason why you can see the text is because the top layer was ironed.

There goes a 5 hour print.

The other thing is the disappearance of the obsession with #retweets and #likes.

Yes, I get a kick out of it when I get a #boost or a #favorite. But while browsing #Mastodon in apps like #megalodon, the number of boots and favorites for a post isn't shown until I click on it.

So, my decision to interact with something is my own. I don't feel, "Oh wow, 10000 boosts, this is relevant."

  12. @Siff @3dprinting thanks! I prefer #3mf because then my models and print settings are stored together. It just simplifies my file storage. Because, damn my folder of designs, gcode, and other files is already 3GB.

  17. This is the first time ever that it has happened with me, but has anyone had problems exporting #3mf files from #fusion360?

I am trying to export something, and prefer to use .3mf files for everything, due to the support of #prusa slicer, but when I try to open the exported file in anything, it gives an error at some arbitrary line number.

I don't know, but currently, my #CR6SE is my daily driver, and it is working for me.

My only complaint is that the force sensor is sometimes just too weird to work with and sensitive to stupid external factors.

However, the auto-bed-leveling is so convenient, and I haven't had any of the manual-bed-leveling struggles that many beginners have with the #ender series.

The force sensor also makes it more difficult to mod the printer. Not allowing me to #3dprint most #opensource mods, because they are made for the #bltouch and #crtouch.

Finally, the speed is getting to me, and I would love to get a faster printer. But the price of a #voron is a bit too high and I don't have the time for it.

I really wish both #creality and #prusa brought out their own #corexy printers, rather than continuing down this path of #bedslingers and #cartesian printers.

Opinions? Would you get a non core xy today?

#Pintrest is just one of those weird phenomenons. No one I know actually has an account, but when you need an idea for something, you go and check Pintrest. Whether it is ideas for a wedding dress, tree house, pottery, or cool desk setups. Whatever, Pintrest has it.

Pintrest also dominates #google searches when it comes to images, but I actually saw statistics the other day that Pintrest actually isn't one of the biggest click generators.

  29. @3dprinting Printed this from fullcontrol.xyz, the "Rippled Texture Demo." 0.16mm layer height and 0.4mm nozzle. Literally looks and feels like some rigid material, and the inside looks like fabric frozen in position and time.
