Для разработки одного из моих проектов: документа BDoc (Book Document альтернатива устаревшим закрытым бинарным форматами такими как IDML, INDD или Scribus SLA) потребовалась нейросеть, которая может держать контекст очень долго. На данный момент для это цели идеально подходит Gemini, так как контекстное окно у Gemini в 1 миллион токенов. Но есть одна загвоздка, компания Google заблокировала некоторые регионы. То есть запросы от этих регионов не будут доходить до google. Рассмотрев все за и против, было принято решение написать небольшую программу на java - ai-proxy. То есть прокси для нейросетей.

Remembering the #Wii #internetchannel

a. The most instantly obvious fun thing about the Internet channel on the Wii is the Wii pointer and it is disappointing that nothing else like this has ever come up from 3rd parties with better web browsing capabilities with a similar type of pointing technology.

b. The Wii would always have this limited memory issue when it ran (guessing ram) out of memory on certain webites it would either force you to refresh or exit the site.

c. There use to be this super lightweight Facebook.m site I use to use back in like 2009-2012 ish on the Wii and while limited in features it worked on the Wii browser.

d. However since #mastodon is open source. If someone could actually make a Mastodon #webclient built from the ground up specifically for the Wii internet channel and separately for the #PS3 #browser that could be an interesting breath of life introduce to those older consoles.

I've been testing this GoToSocial instance for a week now, and I love it. Federation works a hundred times better here than it does on Sharkey. The only thing that bothers me a bit unfortunately is that it's a little too minimalistic and doesn't provide a web client. I do miss that a bit and it can be super simple for all I care. Snac2 does that for example and it’s pretty much the only feature I miss a bit. This forces clients to be well-built and not hit the rate limit every time. Unfortunately, some clients do that when it comes to custom emojis, because a lot of clients just want to load all the emojis at once. Начнем с того, как микросервисы могут общаться? На самом деле все просто, сложные приложения могут состоять из нескольких разных микросервисов. Каждый сервис будет иметь свою логику, свою ответственность. Сервисы одной системы могут быть написаны на разных языках программирования. Однако это не будет мешать им общаться. Так вот общение это буквально - обмен информацией. Обмен сообщениями определенного формата, который смогут понять все сервисы. Это похоже на общение между нами. Я говорю что-то собеседник слушает информацию, дальше обрабатывает ее неким образом своим мыслительным аппаратом и формирует ответное сообщение и проговаривает его вслух адресуя голос в направлении оппонента. Для отправки сообщения нам людям, нужно знать адресата или видеть его, для того, чтобы обратиться к нему. Адресату, нужно слышать и в идеале уметь понимать на каком языке говорит другой человек. Если вы знаете несколько языков, то вы сможете принять сообщение на одном языке обработать его и перевести в своей голове и выдать перевод другому человеку. Все эти модели общения похожим образом перекладывают на взаимодействие между сервисами.

Ha - it looks like the #Mastodon authors are juggling around the account stats arrangement lately. Each time I look the followers/Following/Posts/Joined numbers seem to be in a different order.

Good to see that tweaks continue, and the platform is evolving.

I mean the feed and notification are working fine, but clicking on any user's avatar gives me a "network error" instead of their profile.

Network connectivity is fine otherwise.

All applications should have cat-specific shortcuts, for when a cat is on your arm and you have to work one-handed.

On the mastodon #webClient in advanced (multi column) interface, I can scroll within the current column that has focus with keyboard up/down arrows. That's helpful.

BUT is there a keyboard shortcut to move to the next column to the left or right? I can click a toot to get focus there, but the mouse is too far away when I'm pinned by the cat.

Since the last update, in the #Mastodon #webClient image #altText is not shown until you click on the image, but it is in the source code for screen readers. Here it's not in the source code, and being an audio file it doesn't pop-up in the browser to let you see the text.

Wenn ich ein Video abspiele (Vollbild) und dann das Handy ins Querformat drehe, wird das Vollbild verlassen, das Video gestoppt und das UI springt wild irgendwo hin.
Kennt ihr das und kann man das irgendwie abstellen?

Hey everyone, Lily here with some cool news for all you Mastodon fans! I know some of you have been wondering why you can’t see older posts from users on other instances when you're browsing your home instance. Well, here's the scoop: Mastodon has a feature that lets you share all your posts, but not every instance turns it on. That's why your experience can differ depending on which instance you're on.

After a bit of experimenting, I found a neat workaround that lets you see posts from other instances without leaving your own. Just keep in mind, this trick only works if you're using one of the web client mods for Mastodon. If you're using the regular web client, you might not see these extra features.

One of the client mods you should check out is Phanpy. It has a built-in feature that makes it easy to view and interact with posts from other instances. I've given it a go, and honestly, it’s my favorite so far—it really smooths out the whole experience.

That said, there's also elk.zone, which comes packed with even more features than Phanpy. I’d recommend trying out both to see which one fits your style better. Happy exploring, and stay tuned for more updates and tips!
