For the first time, I think one of my cats shut down my main #TrueNAS server. It runs VMs or apps for #Nextcloud, #Mastodon, #Storj, #Unifi, and #Wordpress. So that was neat! It was down from about 12-4pm today. After I noticed it was offline I found the curtain from the nearby window draped across the server. The power button is on top of the tower case. So I think a cat went to look out the window and walked across the power button! 😸❤️

Estoy intentando montar un servidor Mastodon personal para el Partido Nacional Hispanista (PNH), nuestro relativamente recien fundado partido político. Que Dios me ayude, esto está siendo un verdadero calvario.
Quiero agradecer a los administradores de #fosstodon (y de todas las instancias) simplemente por mantener vivo esto, porque, francamente, esto es insufrible y apenas funciona nada.

@gotofritz of course #Portuguese is a #colonial language, there's no denying that and I'm quite aware of that.
However, I learned from the mistakes (and evils) of my ancestors and I'm quite determined to do my best to not allow that piece of #history to be repeated.
(Oh, nice. Another block from a #fosstodon user when mentioning #colonialist behavior . Looks like #TechLGBT is on target here.)

In my free time I do #scuba diving and a bit of #photography. Currently I'm occupied by #steamdeck and #bugsnax which is the best game every made.
