Nagori and photography.
I just realised that _nagori_ is what makes me love photography (both as a creative activity, and as a collection of artifacts).
I mean photography in the Eugene Atget / Walker Evans tradition of documenting items of everyday life, and showing their uniqueness.
There's a nagori element to these photographs: the photograph records things that make up the present moment and that will never come back.
