  1. Cobalt 60

The black and white line art for this drawing of classic Vaughn Bodé character, Cobalt 60, was originally made for British comics magazine Eagle Flies Again.

An old scan of the art was cleaned up using the vector tracing abilities of Adobe Capture. Once converted back to raster it was coloured using Clip Studio Paint on the iPad Pro.

  8. Prepping for next week's interview with 1970s underground comix icon Barbara "Willy" Mendes. She's returned to comics with Red 5 Comics to release her autobiographical "Queen of the Cosmos Comix." We're excited to chat with Barbara about indie comics then and now! So if you could ask an originator of indie comics anything, what would you ask?
