I thought #SecretInvasion was going to be a wild series with a great concept and didn't think much of #Echo and well I was wrong for that.
Secret Invasion after the first episode was really lacklustre, Echo was spectacular from start to finish. I loved bringing things back to the dark anti-hero NYC #Marvel crew.

I watched #SecretInvasion on #DisneyPlus the past two nights and it's nowhere near as bad as #YouTubers claim.
I guess if you're a #comic #nerd (not a diss), and it's wildly different than the books, I can understand the hate.
I'm not though (I haven't read comics in 50 years) and, other than the ridiculousness of the last episode (G'iah is now more powerful than #CaptainMarvel and all of the #Avengers?!?), the show was ok.
Better than #Hawkeye, equal to #Falcon / #WinterSoldier.

I caught up on the trailers I've skipped and was interested in, #Loki, #TheMarvels, and #Echo on #YouTube, now I'm going to start catching up on shows I've missed, starting with #SecretInvasion 😬
I'll catch up with all the other stuff, too, but I've watched plenty of serious stuff (#TheCriterionChannel, etc) during my #solidarity break, so now for the mind fluff, which is absolutely, 100% true #cinema, the same as all the rest.
It doesn't have to be good, or to matter, to be cinema.

The implication is that that effort failed, but why? How? And why end up back on Earth?
I’d hoped years ago that the second Captain Marvel film would fill in that period, but it seems like it will stay lost.

True. While they’ve delved into some other genres, such as antiterrorism thriller with #FalconAndTheWinterSoldier, spy suspense with #SecretInvasion, and horror with #WerewolfByNight, most of them have missed the mark. BTW I think #WerewolfByNight is a close contender for the best post #AvengersEndgame #Disney produced #MCU film, I’d highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it already. I still think #ShangChi was better though.
I still maintain the first Ironman was the best Marvel movie.
IDK. I think that #CaptainAmericaTheWinterSoldier and #CaptainAmericaCivilWar were fantastic, alongside the #GuardiansOfTheGalaxy films and the first #Thor movie.
