Just watched #quantumania and I have thoughts.
Honestly he played the dickish entitled vaingloriousness of kang really well… but hopefully they’ll find a less assholely person to replace him.
It was fun, and silly, but nothing to write home about.
Now need to watch the second season of Loki.

#AcrossTheSpiderVerse is an amazing animated movie. Everybody who is interested in #Animation should watch it. Not only is it just beautiful but it also shows that not every animation needs to be realistic. You can just use mood lighting in a scene and it supports the story.
The story itself is ok but I honestly didn't notice that at all while watching it. This is the best thing that #Marvel (actually more like sony) has done since ages and doesn't compare to #MultiverseOfMadness or #Quantumania at all. -

Well, I know this defies popular opinion, but I actually really enjoyed #Antman & Wasp #Quantumania. In fact it was the only Antman movie I like. Really imaginative designs in both the aliens and the settings, over the top ridiculousness, kind of a fever dream Flash Gordon/John Carter kind of deal, even had some old-school Sword & Sorcery flavor from the days when fantasy wasn't all grimdark political conniving.
Was it smart or clever? Nope, but it was my fave #Marvel / #MCU movie in a while.

One thing I love in the #mcu's #Quantumania is how accepting Hank is of Janet's various revelations. Usually in these sorts of things they try to play up the survivor's partner feeling betrayed, with a whole, "I don't know you anymore" motif, but Hank is just supportive and sympathetic. That shouldn't be unusual, but it really is!

Yesterday, I watched the D&D movie on it's streaming premiere, and tonight I did so for Ant-Man #Quantumania. My position on both films didn't budge in any direction. I give the #DnDMovie a B and #AntMan a B+. Both are enjoyable but unlikely to get repeat viewings without good cause (e.g., re-watching Ant-Man right before Secret Wars).

Went to see Quantumania yesterday, and I don't get what all the hate is about for it. Was it life changing no. But it was a fun couple hours. IMHO it was better than Love and Thunder.

Really interesting article. The buzz about how Marvel treats VFX companies has been around for a while now, but there's never been any mention of where the problems stem from, at least on the things I saw. I doubt the blame rests all on her.
It'll be interesting to see how things go moving forward. For the record, I did enjoy #quantumania , and I'm really looking forward to seeing #TheMarvels .

Finally got out to see #Quantumania and I thought it was great!
Lots of crazy sci-fi fun, although I suspect the lack of a grounded setting might turn some people off.
MODOK was a big swing to take; they erred on the side of cartoonier effects, which I know some disliked, but I feel like the alternative would be gross.
In one movie, Jon Majors proves that he is both phenomenal as a featured player, and kinda hammy and ridiculous as an extra.😄
All in all, though, I think it's terrific fun!
