I finished ep 1 of #Lanterns. And besides the smoking ad, it was at least interesting. Worth watching more. But further methods of product placement are.. different.

I will say the acting was spot on. This was the person to pick for Jon Stewart. And I always love seeing Hal's actor.

Quite a bit of lampshading in the script. And maybe they are conserving the SFX budget for later. But not a lot of -super- heroics. So far.
