1st 5k erg of the winter #rowing training season. Low rate (18) and I tried to focus on steady rather than going too hard and dying. Went okay. Need to find some power, but that’s not my primary concern this year. I’m not 100% at the moment and my legs are quite a bit weaker than they were last year. Still, not too bad and done!

Seuchenecke 🎶

Sport war gut. Alleine wieder die anderen Cronischen zu treffen tat sehr gut.

Fahrrad nach 12 min gestoppt.

5 verschiedene Übungen mit wenig Gewicht und langsam absolviert. 2 statt die üblichen 3 Sätze.

Ich bin noch wach, also passte die Dosis 😄

Darum geht es auch, wenn ich aus dem Tal komme. Die pasende Dosis finden, sich nicht zu überlasten.

Nun kann der Seuchenwirt die gesetzten Reize verarbeiten. Bin gespannt was er morgen so meldet.
