For anyone else annoyed with the #Simplified #Ribbon in #Outlook365, The Ribbon Display options are accessible between the "home" and "send/receive options" tabs. I can sometimes only see it by going left from home to send/receive then right again to display options, which is peculiar.
The simplified ribbon may be lovely to look at (although I'm doubtful given Microsoft's track record), but it really impacts keyboard users who use accelerators in the Office suite and, as an opt-in so-called 'Simplification' makes bad UX for the keyboard user in my opinion.
