在读 Running on Empty: Overcome Your Childhood Emotional Neglect，是象友推荐的来着，读了四分之一，读得我好迷茫啊。。
我小时候绝对是在情感上有被忽视的，所以想看看这本书里有没有讲，但是找不到。这本书大概是针对那种明明觉得自己家长特别好特别爱自己，但就是不知道哪里有点问题的人，所以书中的家长全都又温柔又宽容，好到让我觉得作者是在挑刺了。唯一一个我以为能对上点号的是 authoritarian parent，据说很严很凶，结果也不过是女儿圣诞前夜想跟男朋友家里一起过，父亲说：“你不尊重我，你的礼物我退回去，你去跟你男朋友过吧。”
我大无语。这确实是不好的 parenting，但，你们最差的 parenting 就只有这样吗？
而且读到现在全都是各种各样的例子堆叠，所以读着有点没意思，可能正确做法和应对措施后面会讲。
倒是有一个地方作者提到了一个正面的例子，还逐句分析好在哪里，就是说一个三年级生在学校顶嘴了，回家的时候妈妈说：你肯定很尴尬很沮丧吧，但是班上那么多学生，老师没有时间一个个讲道理，你要记住，在学校里任何大人让你做一件事，你一定要马上听从，这样你就不会惹麻烦。我看了之后：啊？啊？啊？这真的是正确的教育方式吗？
总之很迷茫，真的很迷茫，不知道要不要继续读。
