Enact the 2019 Parking (Code of Practise) now.
The Parking (Code of Practise) 2019 Act is now law and meant to be implemented by 2023. It is now 2026 and there is no progress on the implementation. The government must implement the Act now to prevent further misery to British drivers.
While the government sits on it's hand the private parking companies are earning millions while operating on the outer edge of the legal framework of the UK. The ignore the law and provide misery to people who wish to avoid court by then obtaining CCJs which is misery to millions . Many of whom made a simpler error or suffered a tragedy while in a private car lot. These companies are operating within their own unregulated space. Jeszcze kilka zdjęć z wczorajszego rowerowania, których nie wrzuciłem po drodze.
1. Wiewiórka spotkana w lesie, niestety nie miała ochoty pozować.
2. Jedno z drzew w starej czereśniowej alei wzdłuż polnej drogi. Wszystkie były oblepione owocami, a to najwyraźniej nie wytrzymało ich wagi. Żal, ale przynajmniej nie musiałem sięgać wysoko, by najeść się prawie dojrzałych owoców.
3. „Fantastyczna” infrastruktura rowerowa w Zamościu (powiat nakielski) - przejazd pod mostem nad Notecią tak niski, że gdybym pedałował na stojąco, to pewnie uderzyłbym kaskiem w most. Po drugiej stronie mostu jest dość ostry podjazd pod górkę z zakrętem o 175°.
4. A w Osieku nad Notecią z kolei zmiana pozytywna – nowy parking z dwiema wiatami dla rowerów. Szkoda, że nie bliżej dworca, bo stamtąd na peron jest pewnie z 500 metrów, ale i tak fajnie.
