I recorded Bach's Air on the G string on the GEM S2 Turbo digital synthesizer. I did an analog sound recording on the #RevoxB77, then I synced it with the video recording. It's a single take with no audio editing, so please be patient with the imperfections. I checked the azimuth with the same 16kHz signal and the oscilloscope and the phases are rock solid with the fixed roller rather the ball bearing in the left tape guide. That is a clear win for the factory configuration. #RevoxB77 #AnalogAudio #MagneticRecording #ReelToReel #HiFi #Tape

Holy cow! I received some #SM900 magnetic #tape from #RTM. I previously used the #LPR90 that is similar (but thinner). The SM900 can yield a higher signal, so as a result, the noise is kept quite low during playback. I tried it with a new album I'm preparing in this moment and with 2-track at 15 ips, the results are astounding, even without noise reduction 😎 #AnalogAudio #RevoxB77
