I also had these arrive recently. They're Soviet 6J38P made by Reflektor and Voskhod - former in '72, latter in '91, just before the dissolution of the USSR. These have the same pin connections as an EF95, so they work in the Little Dot amps, Fosi GR70 and also the pre-amps I have.
I love the sound of the Reflektor ones in my pre-amp, so I have more of these on the way.
