  9. I love this point about how we relate to our #thoughts.

    We can’t turn off thoughts like we can turn off a light or close a window. And trying to do so results in a fruitless struggle, one that takes us away from the present moment.

  10. I came across this interesting study in my lit review, identifying identity conflict, in US Veterans, as negatively impacting reintegration (moving from military to civilian), while military identity having a positive effect.>
