There is a car in #Vancouver on 29th ave near Skeena. It has a #ParkingTicket on its windshield.

It's dated February 16; today is April 16.

Only one ticket, and no tow for 3 months!?

The registered owner would have gotten a notice in the mail. If they had paid it on time due to getting the notice, they'd be getting a sweet deal: 3 months of parking for around $40-something dollars.
