I just happened upon a documentary about #JDSalinger last night, and I was enthralled. I enjoyed reading #TheCatcherInTheRye decades ago, but that's all I ever knew about him. I found my old copy of The Catcher in the Rye to reread, and ordered Nine Stories. -

I'm rereading JD Salinger's Franny & Zoey. I hadn't picked it up in about 40 years. It's much better written than I remember—I find it a better, more nuanced work than Catcher in the Rye.

As you grow, if you grow, you will find your now seemingly profound ramblings are not new nor particularly insightful except to you.
Infants find their own toes to be fascinating for awhile, too.
