Stock Samsung apps are not private. I replaced them all with open source alternatives. The main source: F‑Droid (a massive repository of libre apps). I also added the IzzyOnDroid repo for more recent builds.

@RealGene Do you use Google keyboard? If so, switch to Heliboard #heliboard or Fossify Keyboard #fossifyapps , on f-droid.
Then, activate Incognito keyboard option in Signal. It should help.
Other option, switch your entire system to iodeOS @iode or /e/OS #eOS -

Die anderen Fossyapps (Kontakte und Nachrichten) auch gleich noch installiert. Dafür den Google Messages und die vorinstallierte Kontakte App deaktiviert, da löschen nicht möglich.

ich benutze die #fossifyapps auch schon längere Zeit. Meine Kontakte sind nur auf meinem Handy und in meinem #posteo Email-Account (Sync über DAVX^5). Posteo kann man mittlerweile auch komplett verschlüsseln :) -
