So here's what I'm learning about cold plunges, as someone being used to "cold" showers..

At 10+ °C they're pretty much the same, but easier! Instead of intermittent exposure forcing readjustment until you're "numb", you only have to adjust once.

At 8-9 °C, there's more bite to it, especially for the arms.. Sort of painfully cold.

Now, at 6-7 °C, it's more of a shock going in! I have to focus on my breathing, and that bite definitely affects my legs too!

I’m a firm believer in sharing both good and bad things that happen to make sure that nobody thinks anyone lives a completey trouble free life…. Today’s bad is being told that the spare parts to my boiler, which broke down today, and was installed in my home before the #Brexit vote was even announced, will take 10 days to get here from Germany and will go through customs and have additional taxes added to the price.
