Let’s break it down shall we? My morning routine is really pretty simple. I pray for direction and forgiveness before getting out of bed, shuffle to the head and then brew the beautiful black bean jumping juice to kick start whatever direction my day will take. easy peasy.

It's about time for goblins to arise
For witches to ride in the night sky
Apples dipped with spell making coats
To enchant young kids with soaring hopes

There is something that must begin
Before that night is upon us again
Candy will disappear from the shelves
The children overdosing on sugar thrills

Every parents nightmare coming true
The boogieman showing his face to you
But it's not time to worry about all of that
Just avoid crossing paths with a black cat

Sometimes it takes a while until my mind is truly there in the morning. That's okay – I plan for it.
