For those of us who don't have the benefit of a large xtracycle-style rear pannier thing, and thus can't do Madi's "bag and drag" (https://familyride.us/2013/11/15/hauling-two-and-three-bikes/), you haul an extra kid's bike by making sure to attach at three points; one at the fork (so it doesn't rotate), and two at the front wheel (so it also doesn't rotate). The rest of the frame must be clear of the rear rack so that it can rotate when you make sharp turns.
This also works on non-#CargoBikes; platform not necessary. #BikeTooter

#QueensZoo needs to ditch these awful bike racks and install staple racks. This same amount of space could fit at least a dozen bikes, but the "wheel bender" rack is just space inefficient.
