Went outside for a smoke and there's like FIFTY Crows that are Pisssssssed off.
"The Fuck?" thinks I.
Ah, found it ... there's a Juvenile Red Tailed Hawk over by City Hall.
That would do it.
Hawks like downtown because there's a pigeon population by the Parking structure between Church and Walnut. So, it's like a buffet. Thing is that cities, even and small as Cruz are too busy for a hawk's sensibilities and they tend to not stay in town long. Crows freaking out doesn't help.
