@bert_hubert Je bent vrij vriendelijk over het onderwijs. Ik werk in het VO, ik heb veel scholen bezocht: 80% van de scholen heeft Magister (wat een MS applicatie is), 90% maakt gebruik van Office365, velen teams en sharepoint. Sommigen hebben dan Google Drive en docs.
Ik ken niet 1 school die gebruik maakt van opensource oplossingen als nextcloud, maar misschien weet @redegelde dat beter.
Voor vakbonden id. #Aob is volledig MS georiënteerd. En gebruiken Whatsapp voor interne communicatie.

KORT NIEUWS: Feestelijke opening Cultuur & Campus Putselaan
12 november 2025 – Deze week opent de nieuwe Cultuur & Campus Putselaan, een samenwerkingsverband van onder andere de HR, de WdKA, de Gemeente Rotterdam en de Erasmus Universiteit. In het monumentale pand, ‘een plek wordt waar kunst, onderwijs en gemeenschap samenkomen’, is er van 13 tot en met 16 november een expositie en zijn er 20 workshops.
Zo is er een workshop intuïtief schilderen door Shella van Leeuwaarde, een acteerles van Louis d’Or-winnaar Emmanuel Ohene Boafo en R&B yoga onder leiding van Nathalie Cijntje en Julia van Santbrink. Meer informatie over het evenement is te vinden de site putselaan.nl.
Cultuur & Campus Putselaan was bedoeld als tijdelijk onderkomen voor de latere, grote Cultuur & Campus aan de Doklaan, ook op Rotterdam-Zuid. Of die grote campus er komt is onzeker, en in elk geval uitgesteld, omdat het onder andere de gemeente teveel geld gaat kosten.
Eind november kies je voor de medezeggenschap, maar niet overal
Bij vijf van de tien imr’en en bij veel oc’s hebben zich geen, te weinig of precies voldoende kandidaten aangemeld zodat er geen verkiezingen nodig zijn. Net als voorgaande jaren kunnen sommige studenten dus geen stem uitbrengen voor hun opleidingscommissie (oc) en instituutsmedezeggenschapsraad (imr).
Voor de centrale medezeggenschapsraad (cmr) kunnen alle studenten van 25 tot en met 27 november wel hun digitale stem uitbrengen. In vier kiesdistricten (gerelateerd aan een of meerdere hogeschoollocaties) zijn er in totaal 72 kandidaten. Vorig jaar waren dat er 79, het jaar ervoor stelden 53 studenten zich kandidaat.
Medewerkers hoeven dit jaar niet te stemmen voor de cmr (de leden zitten nu halverwege de zittingstermijn van twee jaar), maar onder andere wel voor het Inspraakorgaan diensten (IOD) en voor de twee imr’en (van RBS en ISO) waar het aantal kandidaten hoger is dan het aantal zetels.
Aob: hbo-medewerkers, neem je di-uren op!
Sjoerd van Vliet-Efriandi, voorzitter van de cmr én bestuurder van onderwijsvakbond AOb, herinnert op LinkedIn hbo-medewerkers eraan om dit jaar hun di-uren (duurzame inzetbaarheid) op te nemen.
De uren kun je niet meenemen naar volgend jaar. Als medewerker ben je zelf verantwoordelijk om met je leidinggevende te bespreken hoe en wanneer je de uren opneemt. Uren die eerder zijn opgespaard (dat kan nu niet meer) kun je laten uitbetalen of vlak voor je pensioen opnemen. Dit moet schriftelijk worden vastgelegd.
Als je fulltime werkt heb je recht op 45 di-uren per jaar*. Parttimers krijgen uren naar rato, oudere medewerkers krijgen een groter aantal uren. Meer informatie over di-uren is te vinden op intranetsite Hint en in een recent artikel van het AOb.
*In een eerdere versie van dit artikel stond dat medewerkers recht hebben op di-uren vanaf het derde jaar dat ze in dienst zijn; deze voorwaarde is echter vervallen.
