1. Went for a brief walk at sunrise; feeling the cool breeze and seeing the gorgeous golden light was an awesome way to start the day
2. Went for a run before it got really hot and it felt amazing
3. Watched a fun comedy in the evening and had a good laugh -

1. Made it to outside of the town in time to watch the sunrise over the crop fields
2. Slowed down, took the time to walk barefoot in the garden, reflect, brainstorm and be present in the afternoon
3. Spent time with writing, recovering, refocusing -
