How Mitochondrial Dynamism Orchestrates Mitophagy

Understanding the Significance of Mitochondrial Fission and Fusion
Mitochondrial dynamics refers to the movement of #mitochondria within a cell. This includes #fission, which is when mitochondria divide into two parts, #fusion, which is when two mitochondria join together, and #translocation, which is when mitochondria move from one part of the #cell to another. This movement is important for maintaining the stability of the mitochondrial #DNA, which is the genetic material found in mitochondria, and for controlling the cell's #respiration. It can also be involved in programmed #CellDeath. In the #heart, mitochondrial dynamics #protein s, such as #mitofusin s, optic #atrophy, and dynamin-related protein, are highly expressed and play an important role in maintaining the quality of the #mitochondria. Other roles for mitochondrial dynamics proteins in the #heart include helping to move #calcium into the mitochondria and regulating the structure of the mitochondria.
#Mitochondria are organelles in cells that are responsible for producing #energy. They can change their structure by breaking apart (#fission) and reforming (#fusion). This process is complicated and energy intensive, so it is important to understand why it is necessary. # Le Rojava menacé
Puis les différentes organisations appelant au rassemblement ont évoqué l’avenir préoccupant pour la Syrie et la région : interventions armées de la Turquie et d’Israël, populations alaouite et druze victimes de massacres commis par l’Armée nationale syrienne (ANS) et une partie des forces gouvernementales, agressions de Daech, quartiers kurdes d’Alep bombardés par les forces militaires relevant du gouvernement de Damas…
Le Rojava (administration autonome du Nord et de l’Est de la Syrie) est menacé. Pourtant c’est un acquis démocratique précieux pour l’avenir de la Syrie. Après avoir combattu et vaincu l’État islamique en 2015, notamment à Kobané, les combattantes et combattants du Rojava ont en effet mis en place sur le territoire libéré une société démocratique, multiethnique, féministe, où les femmes et les hommes sont à parité à tous les niveaux (conseil municipal, administration, armée…), où toutes les personnes vivent à égalité de droits, quelle que soit leur appartenance culturelle, leur langue, leur religion.
L’expérience démocratique du Rojava (https://travailleur-alpin.fr/2018/03/12/mobilisation-a-grenoble-solidarite-populations-kurdes-rojava-turquie/) est sans pareille dans tout le Moyen-Orient.
Dans un communiqué, le CDK‑F (https://cdkf.fr/) indique que, depuis plusieurs jours, les quartiers kurdes de Sheikh Maqsoud et d’Achrafieh, à Alep (https://www.lemonde.fr/international/article/2026/01/12/a-alep-en-syrie-le-pouvoir-reprend-les-quartiers-kurdes_6661447_3210.html) , sont la cible d’attaques militaires intensifiées menées par les forces armées de Damas.
Déjà soumis à un blocus sévère, ces quartiers densément peuplés, majoritairement habités par des civils et des personnes déplacées, subissent désormais des bombardements lourds et indiscriminés.
Selon l’organisation, ces attaques s’inscrivent dans une logique de punition collective et de mise sous pression d’une population civile, au mépris total du droit international humanitaire.
# Appel à la France pour sauver les Kurdes d’Alep
Cette escalade intervient alors même que des discussions politiques sont en cours sur l’avenir de la Syrie et sur les modalités d’une solution durable et inclusive.
Face à cette situation, la France ne peut rester silencieuse.
En tant que membre permanent du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, puissance diplomatique majeure et acteur engagé dans la lutte contre le terrorisme en Syrie, la France a une responsabilité politique et morale particulière.
Le CDK‑F appelle les autorités françaises à condamner publiquement et sans ambiguïté les attaques visant les civils à Alep ; agir diplomatiquement pour obtenir l’arrêt immédiat des bombardements et la levée du blocus imposé aux quartiers concernés ;
soutenir l’ouverture de corridors humanitaires afin de permettre l’accès aux secours et aux soins ;
œuvrer activement, dans les enceintes internationales, à une solution politique fondée sur le dialogue, le respect des droits des peuples et la protection des populations civiles.
Le peuple syrien a trop souffert de la guerre.
Les civils kurdes d’Alep, comme l’ensemble des composantes du pays, ont droit à la sécurité, à la dignité et à la paix.
Le Conseil démocratique kurde en France restera mobilisé et appelle l’ensemble des forces démocratiques, humanitaires et politiques en France à se saisir de cette urgence.

Face à cette situation, la France ne peut rester silencieuse.En tant que membre permanent du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, puissance diplomatique majeure et acteur engagé dans la lutte contre le terrorisme en Syrie, la France a une responsabilité politique et morale particulière.
Le CDK-F appelle les autorités françaises à :
- condamner publiquement et sans ambiguïté les attaques visant les civils à Alep ;
- agir diplomatiquement pour obtenir l’arrêt immédiat des bombardements et la levée du blocus imposé aux quartiers concernés ;
-soutenir l’ouverture de corridors humanitaires afin de permettre l’accès aux secours et aux soins ;
- œuvrer activement, dans les enceintes internationales, à une solution politique fondée sur le dialogue, le respect des droits des peuples et la protection des populations civiles.
Le peuple syrien a trop souffert de la guerre.
Les civils kurdes d’Alep, comme l’ensemble des composantes du pays, ont droit à la sécurité, à la dignité et à la paix.
Le Conseil démocratique kurde en France restera mobilisé et appelle l’ensemble des forces démocratiques, humanitaires et politiques en France à se saisir de cette urgence.

Conseil Démocratique Kurde en France Syrie : les civils kurdes d’Alep pris pour cible, la France doit agir Depuis plusieurs jours, les quartiers kurdes de Sheikh Maqsoud et d’Achrafieh, à Alep, sont la cible d’attaques militaires intensifiées menées par les forces relevant du gouvernement de Damas.
Déjà soumis à un blocus sévère, ces quartiers densément peuplés, majoritairement habités par des civils et des personnes déplacées, subissent désormais des bombardements lourds et indiscriminés.
Selon des informations documentées, au moins neuf civils ont été tués et des dizaines de personnes, dont de nombreux enfants, ont été blessées au cours des dernières attaques.
Des armes lourdes, de l’artillerie, des roquettes ainsi que des drones kamikaze ont été utilisés contre des zones civiles, provoquant une situation humanitaire alarmante.
L’accès aux soins, à l’eau, à l’électricité et aux biens de première nécessité est gravement compromis.
Le Conseil démocratique kurde en France alerte sur le fait que ces attaques s’inscrivent dans une logique de punition collective et de mise sous pression d’une population civile, au mépris total du droit international humanitaire.
Les habitants kurdes de ces quartiers, présents à Alep depuis des générations, sont aujourd’hui exposés à un risque majeur de nouvelle catastrophe humanitaire.
Cette escalade intervient alors même que des discussions politiques sont en cours sur l’avenir de la Syrie et sur les modalités d’une solution durable et inclusive.

A fifth wave of the PhantomRaven NPM supply chain attack campaign has been discovered, utilizing 33 new malicious packages and fresh command-and-control infrastructure registered on March 10, 2026. The operation employs a sophisticated three-stage payload delivery mechanism using Remote Dynamic Dependency techniques to bypass static analysis. Malicious packages self-reference dependencies pointing to attacker-controlled servers at pack[.]nppacks[.]com, which deliver droppers that harvest developer credentials, system information, CI/CD tokens, GitHub repository names, and email addresses from Git configurations, NPM settings, and environment variables. The campaign specifically targets DeFi cryptocurrency developers, cloud infrastructure engineers working with Azure CDK, and AI application developers. All collected data is exfiltrated via POST requests to mozbra.php on the C2 server.
