Muscles atrophy if they are not used. I am sure you have heard that before but some times it is hard to really see.
5 months ago I severely #broke my left foot, and after multiple #surgeries and subsequent complete lack of use : look at how much my left calf shrunk in that time.
Thankfully now I am all put back together and #healed up, and the long #rehabilitation begins.
Use your #muscles folks. Physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. #Stretch and #exercise. Don’t let them #atrophy.

I found an independent guy to work on my #Triumph which is good because the #TriumphMotorcycles #Stealership has a 200 to 400 mile monopoly in this part of the US (depending on where you live) and the owners are greedy bastards with terrible #CustomerService priorities. (And the monopoly *could* potentially be even more far-reaching for some people as the same owners own several across the western US). I had considered moving to a #HarleyPanAmerica just for more dealership #competition.
