I'm nearing the end of my Dry July challenge and this time, it's been tough. In other years where I've done this, I've had an empty beer fridge so there was nothing to tempt me. I once even went to the second week of August before having a drink.
This year, I filled my fridge just before the challenge and they greet me every time I reach for a NA beer. Also, I follow some beer drinkers who have shared some delicious-looking brews.
Thursday can't come soon enough. #DryJuly

Ottawa doesn't have much in the way of hills but the little ones were a challenge for my lungs. I stupidly forgot my inhaler.
We rode for 29.53 kms, with a stop for a treat at The Beachconers, in Britannia Village.
How TF are we going to accomplish the Saguenay roads next month??
At least my foot didn't give me any trouble. #silverlinings
