Is there a FOSS and privacy-friendly service that helps collecting feedback from people in a table? Without needing an account (except for the creator)? #Cryptpad is sadly still unusable on mobile, #Etherpad-style sites don't support table data (or are not mobile friendly if they need to be changed by editing markdown)

Ich nehme #Cryptpad auch sehr gern für verschiedene Zwecke der Zusammenarbeit: Kanban, Tabellen, Pads. Sehr gern auch für Projektplanung mit anderen über längere Zeit.

Aus gegebenem Anlass: #CryptPad ist zwar ein #ZeroKnowledge-Dienst (weil Dokumente nur #E2E-verschlüsselt gespeichert werden), aber wenn man ihn hinter einem Webserver betreibt, der #Metadaten wie die IP-Adresse loggt, sind die Nutzenden nicht wirklich anonym.
Bekanntlich sagte der frühere NSA- und CIA-Direktor Michael Hayden: “We kill people based on metadata”
Wir haben eben nochmal nachgesehen, um sicher zu gehen, dass https://cryptpad.digitalcourage.de keine #AccessLogs schreibt. In /etc/nginx/nginx.conf steht deshalb folgendes:

}Bei https://digitalcourage.social und https://nuudel.digitalcourage.de ist das genauso konfiguriert.
Damit sind unsere User auf der sicheren Seite.

Wenn selbst Archivdaten so lange fehlen, ist der Schaden gewaltig. @Em0nM4stodon @cryptpad I’ve switched to #CryptPad for collaborative docs since #HackMD now silently shares your document publicly as soon as you add a single collaborator unless you’re on a paid account (you used to be able to add 3 people for free)

@celestia I've used #CryptPad and #JotForm for various different forms. JotForm has far more options, but they are now going all *AI* everywhere. Also, occasionally I send someone to CryptPad and it just doesn't load until they clear cookies and/or cache; whereas I've never heard of that problem with JotForm.

@paulasimoes It looks quite cool! Very minimalist, and the context-dependent formatting menu is neat. Great initiative, I hope they open more broadly soon or there will be hosted options.
But (at least at the moment), I don't really see what Docs does better than, say, #Cryptpad's "rich text" or #FidusWriter.
They did the (relatively) easy parts, as far as I can tell. The hard part is things like track changes and comments, or bibliographic references and Zotero integration.
