I mostly take pictures of birds. Photographing people is well outside my comfort zone.

A main photographic goal for the year: more emphasis on composition and light rather than just relying on interesting subjects to carry the image.
That should not be taken to imply that this wood stork (Mycteria americana) isn't an interesting subject.

One of my other hobbies is 3D Printing. Sometimes you can get amazing ideas from so many sources. This was not the first picture I intended to take until I noticed the two models almost looked like they were fighting. I moved them around a bit and this was the result.

While awaiting delivery of the buses, extensive works have been underway (...). Once plugged in, it will take just 3-4 hours to fully charge the batteries powering each bus.

Artistic Fears
When I started photography I would avoid shooting if anyone could see me, waiting for an empty street to take a photo of a building. Also self concious about street photography, landscape and gig photography I can make sure the lighting + composition works and the photo will be decent. In street there are fewer places to hide.
I don't love this photo, taken a few stabs at it and this is the best I have managed which seems fitting for the topic.

The project forms part of a wider £400m West of England rail programme including Henbury, Bristol Brabazon, Pill, Portishead, Portway Park & Ride and Ashley Down.
