I had lots of fun last week at #ContainerDays chatting about #observability and the @OpenSearchProject In fact, it was my first public speaking as an official OpenSearch Ambassador under The Linux Foundation's OpenSearch Software Foundation 🤩

Google's discontinuation of #Kaniko will hopefully pave the way for better container image build tools. These have been around for quite a while, but integration into common platforms only worked flawlessly 99% of the way.

It has been a very exciting and exhausting day and I’m looking forward to the second part of #ContainerDays tomorrow! ✨

Probably my favourite moment at #ContainerDays : Kelsey Hightower gets asked a question on how #AI will change #kubernetes in the future and he just shakes his head and starts tearing apart the current AI-hype and telling people to focus on actual skills instead.
