Si tu aimes les boissons chaudes, les épices, et le gingembre, je conseille cette tisane soleil au curcuma et au gingembre. Elle peut soulager l'inflammation ou une gorge irritée (je la prépare en hiver souvent de manière préventive).
Ingrédients, dans un pot en acier:
* 5 à 6 cm de gingembre, haché grossièrement en petits morceaux
* beaucoup de miel (genre 250mL+ minimum)
* une demi-cuillérée de curcuma en poudre
* une pincée de cayenne
* du jus de citron, au gout (j’aime beaucoup de citron — j’aime aussi ajouter le zeste de citron au gingembre)Faire bouillir dans 1L d’eau. Une fois à ébullition, baisser le feu et laisser infuser pendant 5-6 minutes. Filtrer les morceaux de gingembre et de zeste, ajouter un peu de jus de citron, et boire bien au chaud.

[lsearch ...] is powerful. For flat lists, the -stride option in Tcl 9 can kind of pretend that your list is "nested". In fact, it groups a number of items and treat them as a unit:

6Here, each three elements "a a amen", "b B bank" and so on are regarded as one group. Together with the `-index` option, you can search in any group element!

Ayé. On est là. Je retourne au travail ce matin après deux mois d'arrêt maladie (🦀) en espérant pouvoir cumuler activités professionnelles et effets secondaires (j'ai encore deux mois de chimio à faire). Pour mes collègues qui ont été si adorables pendant mon arrêt, j'ai préparé des madeleines au citron et des décorations de Noël en crochet. J'espère que ça va leur plaire...
