Justice Merchan wrote that he was “keenly aware of, and protective of, Defendant’s First Amendment rights.” But nonetheless, he wrote that he would not tolerate continued violations of his orders and that if necessary and appropriate, he would “impose an incarceratory sentence.” In plain language, he is warning Trump that he will send him to jail if necessary.

When #Doral was fully redeveloped, Ivanka said #DeutscheBank was pleased w/ the transformation, & changed some terms of the loan in Trump's favor.

Asked about her role in the Doral sale, #Ivanka said: she received a phone call about the sale that was "very inconvenient timing" bc she was "in the hospital, or I was about to be in the hospital" w/her first child.

#Ivanka said she only dealt w/ Trump's Deutsche Bank point person, Rosemary Vrablic, on projects like #Doral & the #OPO hotel in DC, & was only tangentially involved w/the #Chicago building.
Re the OPO. Real estate firm Colony Capital had planned on financing the deal in part, but backed out.

In response to several questions by NYAG atty Solomon, Ivanka said that she remembered Solomon asking her the question at her #deposition, but doesn't recall the events at issue.

#McConney testified that he & then-CFO #AllenWeisselberg reviewed the final version of the #financial compilations & that once #Weisselberg signed off, he would notify their #accounting company, #Mazars.
But he acknowledged that, through his own handwritten notation, he amended Mazars’ issuance letters to indicate #TRUMP HIMSELF was entitled to a FINAL REVIEW of the compilation of statements of financial condition.
