Some guy named Luigi is back in court today in NYC.
Topic of the hearing is the admissibility of illegally obtained "evidence" during the pretextual stop at a Pennsylvania McDonald's.
Mangione's lawyers continue to demand that the police actually produce the witnesses who ID'd Luigi.
