America's shameful struggle to justify #MinabMassacre cannot hide the nature of this crime
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in response to the claim of the Central Command of the United States of America about the reason for targeting the Shajra Tayyaba Minab school and killing more than 170 students and teachers:
The US Central Command's (CENTCOM) claim that the Shajreh Tayyeh Minab Elementary School was in the vicinity of a missile center is completely baseless and misleading. This blatant distortion is a clear attempt to hide the true nature of the February 28 rocket attacks that massacred more than 170 students and their teachers
Targeting an active educational center during school hours is a gross violation of international humanitarian law and a clear example of a war crime.
The civilian nature of this place cannot be covered by technical justifications and wordplay. The American military commanders and officials who were responsible for ordering and executing this catastrophic attack must be held fully accountable and prosecuted according to international law.

Across multiple verified cases in Karaj and Tehran, New Lines found that initial strikes were followed by additional explosions that occurred in close proximity to civilian activity, or that affected sites were seemingly different from the military descriptions provided by the U.S. and Israel.

Ich hab da gleich mehrere Fragen:
1. Mit der Begründung, daß darüber auch Raketen hätten transportiert werden können, kann man jede Straße bombardieren?
2. Die Brücke befindet sich zw. den Großstädten #Teheran und #Karadsch - warum sollen gerade dort Raketentransporte langführen?
3. Die Brücke war noch im Bau und damit nur bedingt nutzbar?
4. Ein verhältnismäßiges Vorgehen wäre sicher gewesen, die Zufahrten unbefahrbar zu machen, statt die ganze Brücke zu zerstören?
