The first piece that caught my eye was "Invoking the Muses" by artist and teacher #SusanBickford. "These dresses are meant to invoke and honor these ancient Goddesses, indeed to welcome them into this temple, remembering their essential role in creative inspiration. Position in relationship to the architecture and an extension of the sky, sunlight, moonlight, and the wind, and made as an offering, each stitch a prayer for the future, and the artists receiving their blessing."

I'm not finding the post, but someone on here posted about an incident at a bar in #PortlandME where #ICE was thrown out. I've confirmed the story, and it was a brew pub in the Bayside neighborhood. Hubby saw the video but couldn't make out the name of the brew pub, but recognized the neighborhood. Here's the link from IG:

"A man was injured in a Sunday evening hit-and-run crash in Portland.
"The 25-year-old was crossing #RiversideStreet in a marked crosswalk, near the #HomelessServiceCenter, where he was staying, about 6:48 p.m. when he was hit by a silver SUV, according to Brad Nadeau, a spokesperson for the Portland Police Department.
"The SUV’s driver stopped briefly before allegedly fleeing.
"Nadeau said Monday morning that the victim was taken to Maine Medical Center for treatment of injuries not considered life-threatening.
"The SUV is believed to be an older-model Honda CR-V.
"Anyone with information about the hit-and-run crash can call the Portland Police Department at 207-874-8575."
