I think that #scotus has crossed the line of their legitimate authority. Only Congress has the power to make laws, so when #scotus does it, it’s not really legal. We desperately need a way to keep them in their lane. Right now they’re asserting power that they don’t really have.

The 2010 #CitizensUnited decision was one of the most harmful rulings that #scotus has made in the modern era. #Corporations get their existence and rights from the state and imo the state has no constitutional power to allow them the same rights as natural persons.
