  17. @mgeist In this fiscal year 95% of Guelph's $8.5M acquisition budget will be spent on electronic resources.

    What I think is amusing about the copyright lobby is that any extra cost we have to incur in copyright clearance is less money we will be able to spend on new content. In our case an early victim would probably be the popular reading collection aka the very creators who are often the most vocal about the detrimental impacts of #FairDealing
