#PakChoi #plants in 3 gallon pots.
“Pak Choi” translates to “white vegetable” in Cantonese due to their white stems. Cultivation began in the #YangtzeRiver Delta region & spread to other parts of Asia, thanks to traders & migrating populations.Pak choi looks almost identical to bok choy but they're two different plants. Pak choi has darker leaves as it matures. Pak choi stems are white, more visibly so when matured. Bok choy stems are pale green. Pak choi has more of a peppery undertone taste, while bok choy has subtle sweetness. We grow both of these similar plants in our backyard food gardens.
I have 3 blueberry plants & only one has produced berries so far.
