Es ging um Beispiele für gute und schlechte Personas, um Personas als Waffe gegen Featuritis, um Personas als Werkzeug beim Goal-Directed Design nach @mralancooper und um die Motosphäre von Kurt Lewin. At #UXT27 (four days of training in Berlin together with Hias) I started to wonder whether it might be better to stop using the term "bullshit" for personas that are just made up and have not been validated in the slightest. Should we politely call them "Risky Personas"? Die "4 Ws" von Jürg Nievergelt werden 40!
"Wo bin ich?", "Was kann ich hier tun?“, "Wie kam ich hierhin?" Und: "Wo kann ich hin und wie komme ich dorthin".
Wenn eine mühelose Interaktion gelingen soll, müssen die Antworten auf diese Fragen zu jeder Zeit durch geeignetes Feedback klar sein. Am besten kommen die Fragen erst gar nicht ins Bewusstsein, weil der Autopilot die Lage von alleine checkt.
