🎥 @colaab und ich waren bei @spittank zu Gast und haben uns zu Personas ausgetauscht. Es ging um Beispiele für gute und schlechte Personas, um Personas als Waffe gegen Featuritis, um Personas als Werkzeug beim Goal-Directed Design nach @mralancooper und um die Motosphäre von Kurt Lewin. Bald gibt es einen (oder zwei) Zusammenschnitte dazu bei @papperlapapp.

At #UXT27 (four days of training in Berlin together with Hias) I started to wonder whether it might be better to stop using the term "bullshit" for personas that are just made up and have not been validated in the slightest. Should we politely call them "Risky Personas"?
