Many years ago, there was an app someone had created called SVGDraw that made creating #SVGs with a #ScreenReader a lot easier for #blind folx, because for those of us who could see the screen well enough, it displayed the graphic as it was being created, and for those who couldn't, there was an audio and/or haptic (if the user had a mouse that could handle x) feature too as best I can recall. Does anyone know if (a) it has been updated to work properly with #Windows11, and/or (b) if anything similar has been created since? (Boosts appreciated for better reach.)

I'm going to be participating in #Genuary this year. I probably won't code a #GenerativeArt piece every day, but this seems like a good excuse to get back into coding some art.

Any credible reason why #SVG are still considered unsafe for #TorBrowser?

Is it that rendering #SVGs might give away certain charactistics about the hardware? Why not software #rendering? Is it that bad things (eg. #js) can be embedded? Why not whitelist legal elements?

The lack of dialogue on this leads a conspiratorial thinker to think #TorProject blocks SVG to make it a fringe browser that will never serve a wider audience than the most ardent #privacy proponents.

It's a shame that #figma doesn't have #brushes, that #procreate doesn't export #SVGs, and that I can't figure out #vectornate brushes well enough to take what I'm learning here into reality fast enough.

Sorry we didn't think to look at the bottom links (tofu with #TorBrowser, unfortunately. We tend to just use PNGs these days, or #SVGs with a unicode #icon #fallback)
