Been dabbling with the #QGIS ribbon UI PoC: updated it to QGIS 4 and started with refining the tabbed ribbon layouts.

We've been working on what is now CRAG for 3.5 years, although I've been itching to build it for more like 9. Woohoo!
To install in QGIS, enable Experimental plugins first. We've been using the code for 1.5 years internally, but we want to collect feedback from external users and to update the documentation accordingly before making a full release.
