    Bloods being taken to treatment starting for prostate #cancer in 6 weeks.

    In that time...one anal rummage, one noisy MRI scan and a comedy ultrasound probe up the bum for a biopsy whilst a nurse tried to take mind of my rapidly shrinking dignity (amongst other things) by discussing #parkrun

    Not sure that's what Paul SH had in mind all those years ago 🤔

    Let's see how many #QALYs I can squeeze out.
