Very delayed #parkrun post.
23:30ish time this Saturday - could have been another sub 23 but I switched to long pants and forgot that they slide off my butt if I don't tie the drawstring, so I had some issues with that.

Managed to get out for my 7th #parkrun ever (6th at Watermead Country Park) on a beautiful sunny morning. Can't pretend it is getting a lot easier, but so nice to get out, and then spend the rest of the day in a sunny garden!

Today was my 200th #parkrun at my local park, 231 overall. I'll be able to order the green t-shirt soon :)
Yesterday we were at a friend's funeral, and this morning I ran with some friends for most of the course, just chatting and sharing some old memories. A little slower than last week, but more #running and less walking so I don't mind.
You'd think after nearly 250 parkruns I'd be running the whole thing, but I'm really not built for this. I think I'm just stubborn.

#Parkrun - our regular was off so visited Palacerigg Parkrun. Very enjoyable trail curse but some "it's not fair 😭 " steep uphills in the second half. Highly recommend if you are Parkrun touring in central Scotland. Probably only second to the legend that Tollcross Parkrun.

Spent the lunch break watching some athletics and trying to find the Spurs training? top I saw at #parkrun this morning without success. It was two-tone blue dazzle fading into just the lighter blue. I'd be interested in finding it without the Spurs logo (as I'm not a supporter). I didn't take a photo (that would be weird, but may check out the volunteer-taken photos later).
