An unfinished mural of Ronnie O'Sullivan is causing a bit of a stir. Perhaps people need to wait and see the finished work before making judgement.

Obviously government at any level always has tension between administration and politics. But it really feels like Sheffield is suffering from more of the competitive side the latter brings at the moment. My bias makes me think this is due to the unwanted layer of the elected mayor but I don't know for sure.
